Deep received his BA from Colgate University in 1997 and his PhD from MIT in 2003. He was a Miller Postdoctoral Fellow from 2003-06 in Berkeley. He will be moving to the University of Washington, Seattle as an assistant professor in Fall 2007 and starting a new research group there in ultracold atomic physics. He is looking for graduate students and post-docs.
