"Terrestrial Probes of the Electromagentic Interactions of Dark Matter"

I review existing constraints on the electromagnetic interactions of dark matter, to end of quantifying how "dark" is dark, and then detail how the gyromagnetic Faraday effect can be used to establish direct constraints on the magnetic moment of dark matter.
