Laboratory Search For A Possible Variation Of Fundamental Constants

Abstract

 A search for a possible time variation of fundamental constants is a good 
example of interactions between different branches of physics from fundamental high 
energy physics and cosmology to applied frequency metrology. I will discuss reasons 
why we should expect variation of constants, role and origin of fundamental constants 
and search for their variations, paying most attention to laboratory search.
